摘要 The present invention relates to a high voltage panel, a low voltage panel, a panel board, and a motor control center with a condition monitoring diagnostic system based on ultrasonic waves and transient earth voltage (TEV), which can diagnose the arc or corona discharge state of a housing having an incoming panel, a switchboard, the motor control center, the high voltage panel, the low voltage panel, and the panel board inside, comprise: a sensor unit consisting of a plurality of ultrasonic sensors installed to be in contact with or near power equipment provided in the housing to detect ultrasonic waves generated by the arc or corona discharge and a TEV sensor provided outside the housing or the power equipment to detect TEV generated by the arc or corona discharge; and a monitoring device including an abnormality determination unit for detecting the arc or corona discharge generated outside the power equipment by using the ultrasonic signals detected by the sensor unit, detecting the arc or corona discharge generated outside the power equipment or partial discharge generated inside the power equipment by using the TEV detected by the sensor unit, and controlling the internal state of the housing according to the detected arc or corona discharge and partial discharge information. Therefore, the system of the present invention can detect the arc or corona discharge of 40 kHz band, which is generated outside the power equipment, by using the ultrasonic signals and can detect both the arc or corona discharge of 40 kHz or higher, which is generated outside the power equipment, and the partial discharge, which is generated inside the power equipment, by using the TEV detected by the TEV sensor.
