PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system and a power supply method capable of effectively preventing power supply through an imitation at low cost.SOLUTION: Corresponding apparatus identification information indicating a corresponding apparatus is stored in corresponding apparatus storage means 11. Power supply means 12 supplies electric power. Information reading means 21 reads out the corresponding apparatus identification information stored in the corresponding apparatus storage means 11. Self-apparatus identification information indicating an apparatus loaded with a self power control module 20 is stored in self-apparatus storage means 22. When the self-apparatus identification information indicating an apparatus coincident with an apparatus indicated by the corresponding apparatus identification information read out from the corresponding apparatus storage means 11 by the information reading means 21 is stored in the self-apparatus storage means 22, power supply control means 24 supplies electric power supplied by the power supply means 12 to a main circuit of the apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
