摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive power transmission device which reduces time required until assist from an auxiliary drive source starts, while suppressing generation of impact force when a disconnection/connection mechanism is shifted to a connection state.SOLUTION: A drive power transmission device 1 includes: an input shaft 13 which inputs drive power outputted by an auxiliary drive source 82 among a plurality of drive sources 81 and 82; an output shaft 14 coupled to drive wheels 92L and 92R of a hybrid vehicle; a one-way clutch mechanism 30 which allows transmission of drive power from an input shaft 13 side to an output shaft 14 side and blocks transmission of drive power from the output shaft side to the input shaft side; and a disconnection/connection mechanism 50 which is disposed between the one-way clutch mechanism 30 and the output shaft 14 in order to selectively allow transmission of drive power between the one-way clutch mechanism 30 and the output shaft 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
