PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc brake device for a vehicle of which height in its vertical direction does not become high even in the case where a large diameter brake cylinder is installed on it.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a disc brake device 1 for a vehicle comprising a bracket 10 fixed to the vehicle; a caliper body 20 attached to the bracket 10 in such a way that it may be turned around a turning shaft extending in a forward or rearward direction of the vehicle; a brake cylinder device 2 for generating braking force; and a pair of levers 30 arranged at the caliper body 20 so as to transmit the braking force to the brake disc of the vehicle. A fixing position P for the bracket 10 and the caliper body 20 is set closer to a brake disc side than the brake cylinder device 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
