PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier capable of preventing the gain from lowering, by preventing oscillation.SOLUTION: An amplifier has a first transistor (103A) including a first main electrode, a second main electrode and a first control electrode, where the first main electrode receives a first input signal, and outputs a first output signal from the second main electrode, a reference potential line (106) provided for a signal line connected with the second main electrode of the first transistor via an insulator, a first capacitor (105A) provided between the first control electrode of the first transistor and the reference potential line, and a first phase shifter (107A) for shifting the phase of a first reflux current so that the phase of the first reflux current, flowing from the second main electrode of the first transistor to the first control electrode of the first transistor via the reference potential line and the first capacitor, has a phase difference of 90-270 degrees from the phase of the first input signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
