PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform power supply noise analysis in short time.SOLUTION: An analysis support program causes a computer to execute: separation processing (a step S1702) of separating a power current waveform from the start of an operation of an object circuit of analysis, which operates by using a clock signal into a step waveform of stepwise variation components of the power current waveform for every first period of the clock signal, and a periodic waveform of periodic repetition components of the power current waveform; first analysis processing (a step S1703) of deriving a voltage value of an equivalent circuit when a current value of a current source of the equivalent circuit is varied for every first period on the basis of circuit information showing a circuit equivalent to a power supply in the object circuit and wiring of the ground, and the step waveform; and second analysis processing (a step 1704) which derives a voltage value of the equivalent circuit when the current value of the current source of the equivalent circuit is varied for every first period on the basis of the circuit information showing the circuit equivalent to the power supply in the object circuit and the wiring of the ground, and the periodic waveform.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17 |
