The present invention relates to a butterfly valve having a pressure gauge and a thermometer. The present invention is developed to solve a problem of reduced safety and difficult work generated after a hole is drilled in a random pipe and a pressure gauge and a thermometer is installed therein. The butterfly valve having a pressure gauge and a thermometer comprises: a body having a flange unit having a plurality of mounting holes; a ring-shaped packing member; a disk-shaped valve disk; a rotational shaft penetrating the body; and a handle mounted in the rotational shaft.
