The present invention provides a non-motorized automatic pressure regulating device which facilitates maintenance and repair and automatically regulates a pressure without power. The non-motorized automatic pressure regulating device comprises: a main passage comprising a main inlet into which a thermal medium flows and a main outlet from which the thermal medium is discharged; a pressure regulation unit connected to the main flow passage by a high pressure passage and a low pressure passage to receive the thermal medium through the high pressure passage and discharge the thermal medium through the low pressure passage; a first check valve disposed on the high pressure passage to open the high pressure passage to allow the thermal medium to flow from the main passage to the pressure regulation unit when a pressure of the main passage reaches a first pressure; and a second check valve disposed on the low pressure passage to open the low pressure passage to allow the thermal medium to flow from the pressure regulation unit to the main passage when the pressure of the main passage reaches a second pressure lower than the first pressure.
