The present invention relates to a food ordering and delivery agency system using a POS device and an operating method thereof. According to the present invention, the food ordering and delivery agency method comprises: a step of entering information on a POS product into the POS device; sending this information via the POS device to a server, thereby letting it appear automatically in the consumer′s ordering application; a step of conveying placed order information of delivery food to the POS device through the operating server; a step of conveying delivery request information according to an order placed in the POS device to a delivery agency; and a step of conveying both the order and the delivery request information to a delivery agency staff and receiving the progress. The present invention is to provide a system for making a series of operation simple and easy by providing an integrated system between a restaurant, a delivery agency and a staff of the delivery agency, which enables automatic exchange of data rapidly and precisely throughout the entire process ranging from ordering by a customer to the delivery of the order. |
