The present invention relates to a foldable table for a railway vehicle to reduce an impact sound. An objective of the present invention is to provide a foldable table for a railway vehicle to reduce an impact sound which can stably support a table installed on a seat of a railway vehicle and reduce noise generation when the table is withdrawn. A storage groove having a guide rail is formed on a seat panel of a seat for a railway vehicle. A table guide connected to the table by a hinge shaft vertically slides along the guide rail. The table guide which is lifted along the guide rail comes in contact with a sliding stopper made of an impact absorbing material to stop the table from ascending. The table which is stopped from ascending is rotated about the hinge shaft by a user to support one side of the table in contact with an upper unfolding stopper in the storage groove and support one side of a lower portion of the table in contact with a lower unfolding stopper of a stopper unit to support the table in contact with the upper and lower unfolding stoppers to unfold the table while maintaining a level state.
