Provided is a distribution plate device for a fluidized-bed reactor. The distribution place device comprises: a distribution plate having a multiplicity of pores through which raw material gas flows; and a multiplicity of vapor spraying units installed in correspondence to the pores, wherein each vapor spraying unit includes a cap supported by at least two columns and sprays the raw material gas through gaps between the columns. Also, provided is a fluidized-bed reactor equipped with a distribution plate device of the present invention. The distribution plate device for fluidized-bed can prevent powder of reaction byproducts from depositing on a distribution plate, and can improve operating efficiency of a fluidized-bed reactor.
