PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator unit easily minimized, capable of maintaining a good contact condition between an oscillator and a driven body.SOLUTION: An oscillator unit 5 comprises: an oscillator 3 jointed to a supporting member 13, in which the oscillator 3 has a piezo electric element 12 jointed to an elastic body 11. When the oscillator 3 is applied pressure to contact a driven body and excites oscillation, there is an X direction, which is a relative direction of movement between the oscillator 3 and the driven body, and there is another direction, a Z direction, which is a direction of applied pressure from the oscillator 3 to the driven body. According to the above condition, the supporting member 13 in the oscillator unit 5 has: a joint part 13a at which the oscillator is jointed in a middle point of the X direction; a first extention part 13b which is an elastic deformation part extending firstly from the joint part 13a in the Z direction and then in the X direction; and a fixed part 13d extending farther from the elastic deformation part of the first extention part 13b in the X direction so that the supporting member 13 is fixed on a base 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
