PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator in which a reliability in ice-making operation is improved.SOLUTION: When a load state detecting means detects an abnormal load due to holding of ice or foreign material by an ice-making tray 12 during a process in which the ice-making tray 12 is rotated by an ice-making tray driving means 20, an ice-removing operation is carried out at an ice-removing position and the ice-making tray 12 is returned back to its original point position from the ice-removing position, after the ice-making tray 12 is rotated again in a direction toward the ice-removing position until a position detecting means 22 detects the ice-removing position or until a pre-set specified time elapses, a releasing operation for rotating the ice-making tray 12 again in a direction toward the original point position to return back to the original point position, and if the holding of ice or foreign material is not released even if the releasing operation is carried out, the fact that the holding of ice or foreign material is not released is informed by an informing means 64.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
