PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device which directly inhibits aberration of a conveyance position of a recording medium, and to provide a recording method.SOLUTION: A recording device includes: a butted plate 40 which is butted with an end part of a sheet, which is an end when viewed in a direction intersecting with a conveyance direction, to restrict a position of the sheet; a conveyor belt 31 configured to convey the sheet in the conveyance direction with the sheet position restricted by the butted plate 40; a recording head 10 configured to record images on the sheet conveyed by the conveyor belt 31; and an adjustment mechanism 50 capable of adjusting a position of the butted plate 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
