PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-help device for bundling hair by one hand.SOLUTION: A self-help device according to the present invention includes: an attaching/detaching means capable of easily attaching and detaching; a fingertip wearing means including the attaching/detaching means so that the self-help device can be worn by a finger; and a connection means that connects the fingertip wearing means. By using the self-help device, hair can be fixed in a state where the hair is bundled by fingers of one hand.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
