摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably converge the fluidization calculation of a material model.SOLUTION: Provided is an extrusion simulation method for a plastic material where the manner of passing a plastic material through an extrusion flow passage 3 having a feed port to be fed with the plastic material at one end, also having a discharge port 3o from which the plastic material is extruded at the other edge and further having a changed cross section is calculated by a computer 1 and simulated. In the extrusion simulation method, a material model modeled with the plastic material and a flow passage model 11 modeled with the extrusion flow passage 3 are inputted into the computer 1. The shear viscosity η of the material model has shear speed dependency or temperature dependency. In the fluidization calculation of the material model, the definitions of the shear viscosity η are changed in a multistep in such a manner that the influence of the shear speed dependency or temperature dependency to the material model gradually expresses.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
