PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a sticking start end of a rubber member to a support face in an inclined surface state, for improving uniformity of weight balance.SOLUTION: A production device 10 comprises: an extruder 12; a nozzle 14; and a support face 34 facing the nozzle, in which the support face 34 and the nozzle 14 are relatively moved for molding a rubber member on the support face 34. The production device further comprises: a rubber accumulation part 42 formed between the nozzle 14 and the support face 34; and a block face 52 formed into an inclined face state capable of blocking a front side L1 side of a movement direction of the rubber accumulation part 42. In a state that the rubber accumulation part 42 is blocked with the block face 52, a rubber material Mr is discharged from a discharge port 30, then the rubber accumulation part 42 is filled with the rubber material Mr. Then, the support face 34 and the nozzle 14 are relatively moved, a sticking start end Mrs of the rubber material is pressed against the block face 52 for molding into an inclined face state, then the block face 52 is moved to a direction separating from the support face 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
