Disclosed are a vehicle and a control method thereof, and an apparatus for diagnosing a communications state of the vehicle. According to an embodiment, the present invention allows the communications state of a signal to be accurately diagnosed through an antenna and a head unit, and accurately diagnoses the communications state of a signal through the antenna and the head unit and enables diagnosis results of the communications state to be displayed through an external measuring device or a display inside a vehicle. To this end, the vehicle according to the present invention comprises: a first antenna; a second antenna; at least one communications unit performing transmission and reception of a signal through the first antenna and the second antenna; and a control unit determining the communications state of the communications unit with the first antenna and the second antenna from the results of the transmission and reception of a signal using the communications unit, the first antenna, and the second antenna. |
