PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which can obtain approximately constant detection value of load removal within a wide VCC voltage range.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 100 comprises: a VDD2 circuit 72 and a GND3 circuit 75, which constitute an internal power supply circuit 51; a charge pump circuit 77 driven by a voltage output from the VDD2 circuit 72 and the GND3 circuit 75; and a constant current element 60 as load removal detection means, in which the constant current element 60 is connected to an interconnection 91a connected to an output terminal OUT of the semiconductor device. The semiconductor device 100 comprises a breaker diode 1 as a circuit breaker element for breaking a third route 87 where a current Io of the constant current element 60 passes into the VDD2 circuit 72 via the interconnection 91a connected to the output terminal OUT.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
