摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting device having high charge injection properties by including a charge injection layer composed of a transition metal oxide, and having high quality by suppressing film thinning of the charge injection layer in the central region of a substrate due to the developer or stripping solution.SOLUTION: A TFT layer 11 and a planarization layer 12 are laminated, in order, on a substrate 10. An anode 13 and a hole injection layer 14 are laminated, in order, on the planarization layer 12. The anode 13 and a hole injection layer 14 are sectioned in units of subpixel. In the hole injection layer 14, the film density of a region corresponding to the central region of the substrate 10 and a region corresponding to the fringe region is within 0.1 g/cm, and the degree of oxidation of the region corresponding to the central region is smaller than that of the region corresponding to the fringe region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
