PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kanji conversion device in which the kanji being a target of conversion is selected by placing an important point on the meaning provided in kanji to the characters such as names of foreigners.SOLUTION: A kanji conversion device includes: kana character acquisition means for acquiring a kana character string inputted from an input unit; kanji dictionary memory means for previously associating kana characters with kanji characters typified into a group reminding a predetermined idea and storing thereof; idea parameter acquisition means for acquiring parameters showing the group reminding the predetermined idea from the input unit; kanji acquisition means for acquiring the kanji corresponding to the kana character string from the kanji dictionary memory means acquired by the kana character acquisition means based on the parameters acquired by the idea parameter acquisition means; and conversion candidate output means for outputting the kanji acquired by the kanji acquisition means as a conversion candidate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
