PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lot reservation system that suppresses lowering of convincing of a user relative to use charge and improves customer-collection effect to make it possible to perform stable and efficient management of the parking lot.SOLUTION: A parking lot reservation system includes a parking lot management device 1. The parking lot management device 1 includes: a demand prediction unit 13 for predicting parking demand for each time zone of the parking lot; a charge setting unit 14 for setting use charge for each time zone of the parking lot based on predicted parking demand; a reservation server 11 that displays set use charge and into which a user inputs parking lot reservation information to reserve the parking lot; and a reservation management unit 12 for managing the reservation of the parking lot based on the input parking lot reservation information to provide the reservation status of the parking lot with the demand prediction unit 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
