PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal and the like which indicate meaning of a word to a support target user who assumedly does not recognize it as support information for an interaction sentence from an opposite party user.SOLUTION: A terminal indicating support information for an interaction sentence from an opposite part user to a support target user comprises: recognition degree calculation means which calculates a recognition degree of the support target user with respect to an interaction word in the interaction sentence currently outputted by the opposite part user on the basis of lapsed time from the past use period found in the used sentences outputted by the support target user; word meaning retrieval means which retrieves the meaning of the interaction word of which recognition degree is a prescribed threshold value or less by referring to an internal or external word meaning database that stores the meaning of the word for each word possibly included in the interaction sentence; and word meaning indication means which indicates the retrieved meaning of the word to the support target user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
