PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure.SOLUTION: An automatic cash transaction device 1 comprises: a device housing 2 comprising a service part 6, a device payment port 8, and a device shutter 12; a bill processing machine 22 disposed inside of the device housing 2, and comprising a processing machine payment port 56 and a processing machine shutter 40; a bill storage part 54 disposed inside of the bill processing machine 22, and being opened and blocked to outside via the device payment port 8 and the processing machine payment port 56 by opening and closing of the device shutter 12 and the processing machine shutter 40; a service control part 18 disposed outside of the bill processing machine 22 in the device housing 2 and controlling the service part 6; a processing machine control part 20 disposed inside of the bill processing machine 22, and controlling the bill processing machine 22; and a hand detection sensor 60 disposed inside of the bill processing machine 22, relative to the processing machine shutter 40.
