PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a length measurement device of a mobile body and a length measurement program thereof capable of improving measuring accuracy by correcting an actual length of the mobile body into an aerodynamic length.SOLUTION: A length correction device 5 corrects a length of an actual train 1 into an aerodynamic length, and calculates a velocity of the train 1 on the basis of this aerodynamic length. A length correction part 10 corrects a length of the train 1 on the basis of a centroid of a cross section change rate of a head part 1a of the train 1 and the centroid of the cross section change rate of a tail part 1b of the train 1. A velocity calculation part 14 calculates the velocity of the train 1 on the basis of a time difference between the time at which a pressure variation waveform generated when the head part 1a of the train 1 passes through a pass point P is zero and the time at which the pressure variation waveform generated when the tail part 1b of the train 1 passes through the pass point P is zero and the aerodynamic length.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
