PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide granulated powder capable of achieving a heat radiation sheet and a heat radiation member excellent in moisture resistance.SOLUTION: Granulated powder 10 contains secondary particles 30. The secondary particles 30 are spherical particles formed by aggregation of primary particles 20. The primary particles 20 are scaly boron nitride. The secondary particles 30 have a core portion 310 and a shell portion 320. The core portion 310 includes the center of the secondary particles 30. The shell portion 320 covers the core portion 310.
