The present invention relates to a method to manufacture high reactivity metal powder and metal powder manufactured from the same. According to the present invention, the method to manufacture high reactivity metal powder comprises: (S100) an introduction step of introducing Al micro powder and ball to the inside of a container of a ball mill; (S200) an atmosphere controlling step of controlling a container of the ball mill using inert atmosphere; (S300) a manufacturing step of manufacturing high reactive Al powder with Al nanopowder attached to a surface of the Al micro powder by actuating the ball mill after the atmosphere controlling step (S200); and (S400) a passivation treating step of partially covering a surface of the high reactive Al powder manufactured in the manufacturing step (S300) with an oxide film. According to the present invention, a relatively high specific surface area when compared with a conventional micro powder material can be obtained; and moreover, higher reactivity when compared with the conventional micro powder, adequate volume, and weight can be obtained at the same time using a low ignition temperature of nanoparticles, thus securing improved properties when compared with a conventional explosive power of micro powder. |
