PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve installation and removal performances of an ink cartridge so as to reduce noise during the removal thereof.SOLUTION: The recording device comprises: a mounting part on which an ink cartridge is mounted; energizing means that energizes the mounted ink cartridge in an opposite direction of a mounting direction; locking means that locks the ink cartridge mounted on the mounting part; and a buffering member that buffers projection of the ink cartridge. The buffering member is constituted of members different from the locking means and arranged on a movement passage of the ink cartridge at the time when the cartridge is mounted on the mounting part along the mounting direction in non-contact with the ink cartridge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
