PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chuck device capable of suppressing the shifting of a workpiece from a shaft center even when the diameter of the workpiece to be gripped changes and eliminating the necessity of taking the shifting from the shaft center into account even in teaching of a loader device, and the loader device.SOLUTION: When θ indicates an angle between a diameter direction in which a V-shaped claw part 30 passes through a point of contact with a large-diameter workpiece W1 or a small-diameter workpiece W2 and a first direction D1, for the moving distance L1 of a flat-plate claw part 20 in the first direction D1 from its abutting position of the large-diameter workpiece W1 to its abutting position of the small-diameter workpiece W2 and the moving distance L2 of the V-shaped claw part 30 in the first direction D1 from its abutting position of the large-diameter workpiece W1 to its abutting position of the small-diameter workpiece W2, L1=L2 COS θ is set, and a ratio between a length L3 from the rotational center of a first lever 14 to a claw side end 14c and a length L4 from the rotational center of a second lever 15 to a claw side end 15c is set to L3:L4=L1:L2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
