PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a manufacturing method for a ring-like member which can prevent damage such as cracks from occurring in a part close to both axial ends of a metallic material at the initial stage of processing.SOLUTION: A second form rolling face 44 of a molding roll 24a is brought in contact with the outer peripheral face of a metallic material 26 over the whole length in the axial direction to bring a first form rolling face 39 of a mandrel 23a in contact with a part close to the center in the axial direction of the inner peripheral face of the metallic material 26. In a state that the part close to both the ends in the axial direction of the inner peripheral face of the metallic material 26 is energized toward the molding roll 24a with both pressing rollers 48a, 48b that configure energization means 36, the metallic material 26 is pressed between the first form rolling face 39 and the second form rolling face 44 to apply form rolling to the inner peripheral face and the outer peripheral face of this metallic material 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
