On the rear end of a directionally controlled full-profile tunneling shield, pressed against the ground at the starting well, is fixed the front end of the first segment of tube of micro tunnel and by the action of pressure on a first segment the whole system formed of tunneling shield and the first segment is pressed in the direction of its longitudinal axis that the free end of the first segment protrudes from the ground. Subsequently, it is welded the front end of the second segment. The process of attaching of the additional segments to the preceding segment and thus obtained compact system is repeated as long as the leading end of the first segment don't ascend in the target well from the ground. One of the ends, preferably the rear end of the segment is before welding cut off at an angle of a size, depending on the curve radius of the micro tunnel tube, in the range of 1 to 5 angular degrees and/or the segment is pre-bended in the arc whose radius is equal to the radius of the arc desired bending of the micro tunnel tube.
