The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an enzymatically degraded extract of a citrus fruit-processed byproduct for suppressing the metastasis of cancer cells and treating cancer. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: hydrolyzing a processed byproduct of citrus fruits of the genus Citrus; and adding 30-90 volume% of an ethanol aqueous solution to the hydrolyzed citrus fruit-processed byproduct, and obtaining a precipitate.
