The present invention relates to a transmission apparatus for a vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the transmission apparatus comprises: a first input shaft arranged with a plurality of input gears with different number of teeth on the rear outer circumferential side, and selectively connected to an output side of an engine through a first clutch; a second input shaft arranged with a plurality of input gears with different number of teeth on the outer circumference, as a hollow shaft disposed at the front side of the first input shaft without any rotational interference with the first input shaft, and selectively connected to the output side of the engine through a second clutch; a first shifting output unit provided on a first output shaft disposed substantially in parallel with the first and second input shafts, to output the shifted rotational driving force through a first output gear by shifting the rotational driving force transferred through shifting gears selectively outer-engaging with corresponding input gears by a synchronizing unit; a second shifting output unit provided on a second output shaft disposed substantially in parallel with the first and second input shafts, to output the shifted rotational driving force through a second output gear by shifting the rotational driving force transferred through shifting gears selectively outer-engaging with corresponding input gears by a synchronizing unit; a reverse speed idle unit disposed between the second input shaft and the second shifting output unit to regulate the reverse speed shifting; and an electric driving force unit configured to selectively transfer a rotational driving force of a motor/generator on a third input shaft disposed coaxially with the first input shaft and at the rear side of the first input shaft, to the first input shaft or the second shifting output unit.
