The present invention relates to an apparatus for collecting carbon dioxide, which reduces energy required for collecting carbon dioxide and can reduce a discharge amount of carbon dioxide. The apparatus for collecting carbon dioxide comprises: a main boiler which generates exhaust gas of high temperature, and produces steam of high temperature and high pressure by heat-exchanging the exhaust gas of high temperature through receiving condensed water; a steam turbine which generates electricity through steam of the main boiler; a medium circulation steam production device which receives a part of low-temperature and low-pressure steam or the condensed water passing through the steam turbine, and converts into high-temperature and high-pressure steam; an absorbing tower which absorbs carbon dioxide from the exhaust gas by reacting the exhaust gas discharged from the main boiler and an absorbent; and a regeneration tower which receives the absorbent absorbing the carbon dioxide from the absorbing tower, receives high-temperature and high-pressure steam as a heat source for regenerating the absorbent from the steam turbine or the medium circulation steam production device, separates the carbon dioxide from the absorbent, and thus regenerates the absorbent.
