The pulley has a clutch (8) arranged between internal and external parts (12, 13) of the pulley. The clutch comprises a clutch control set that is provided with a clutch piston (11), where a translation movement of the piston is performed according to a rotation movement of the clutch and an actuator (9). A conversion unit e.g. cam system and roller, converts the rotation movement of the actuator into the translation movement of the piston and is inserted between the actuator and the piston. A driving pinion (17) directly or indirectly drives a reducing pinion (16). The actuator is designed as a remote pulley, a chain or a belt. An independent claim is also included for an additional frontage for a thermal engine of a car.
