The present invention provides an amylase-activity-inhibiting composition containing a chito-oligosaccharide as an active ingredient, and to a weight-loss drug comprising same. The present invention can be used as a weight-loss drug because the invention has an outstanding glycolysis-suppressing effect by inhibiting the activity of amylase, by including either a chito-oligosaccharide alone or a chito-oligosaccharide and grape seed extract.
