The present invention relates to an accurate setup device for a shaft holder. The accurate setup device for a shaft holder includes: a base unit attached to a wall surface in which a shaft holder is installed; a horizontal position control unit installed at one end of the base unit and moving the shaft holder in the horizontal direction; a vertical position control unit installed on the other end of the base unit and vertically moving the shaft holder; and an elastic member providing an elastic force to the shaft holder to the base unit to prevent the shaft holder from being separated from the base unit. The horizontal position control unit and the vertical position control unit individually includes: a middle lever in which one end is connected to the base unit to rotate; a micrometer installed in the base unit and controlling the position of the shaft holder by pushing the other end of the middle lever to the shaft holder; a roll supporter connected to the one end of the middle lever to rotate; and a push roll installed at an end of the roll supporter to rotate and being in contact with the shaft holder. The roll supporter is connected to one side of the middle lever corresponding to a gap between one end connected to the base unit and the other end coming into contact with the micrometer so that the position of the shaft holder can be accurately controlled by the micrometer. According to the present invention, when the position of the shaft holder should be controlled, the setup device for a shaft holder is conveniently attached and is temporarily used. Moreover, the setup device for a shaft holder can accurately control the position of the shaft holder.
