NOVEL CAF-LIKE FIBROBLAST AND USE THEREOF

摘要

The present invention relates to a carcinoma-associated fibroblasts (CAF)-like fibroblasts, a producing method thereof, and a screening method of a cancer cell infiltration inhibitor using the same. The present invention can screen infiltration inhibiting substances of cancer cells in mass/high-speed (high throughput) using a method with high reliability. The CAF-like fibroblasts of the present invention has a phenotype similar to the CAF which a core configuration in a screening system of the present invention, and enables mass-production and a semi-permanent use, thereby being able to establish a more effectively screening system. The CAF-like fibroblasts of the present invention integrally describes interactions the cancer cells with fibroblasts neighboring cancer cells, and can be helpfully used as a useful research tool which researches a variety of tumor-related mechanisms such as generation, proliferation, infiltration, and metastasis of the cancer cells.
