Disclosed are an advertising apparatus and a method using a lottery. The advertising method using a lottery of the present invention comprises the steps of: having a control module generate a lucky number for the lottery through a lottery management module according to draw numbers; having the control module perform user authentication through a member management module when a user terminal accesses; having the control module provide advertisements stored in a database through an advertisement management module; if an advertisement is chosen by the user terminal, having the control module save rewards through a reward management module, which are provided by the advertisement management module according to the advertisements; having the control module save share rewards through the reward management module and generate a unit lot number to combine the lucky number through a lot number generation module; having the control module modify user′s number by storing the unit lot number in user′s number through the lottery management module, according to whether user′s number is changed; and having the control module determine whether user′s number wins through the lottery through the lottery management module and distribute the share rewards to winners as prizes if the number of the winners is greater than or equal to a preset number. |
