The present invention relates to a nucleic acid and protein separation device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the nucleic acid and protein separation device capable of grinding and centrifuging a sample as the sample is contained with a bead in a container, comprises: a separating and supporting unit installed to be rotated while a plurality of containers are inserted and supported; an angle adjusting unit fixed to the upper part of the separating and supporting unit while passing through an inside and disposed downwards, maintaining an inclined state at the time of grinding as being equipped to be rotated with the separating and supporting unit while adjusting an angle of inclination by being diffracted in the form of a ling according to vertical movement, and installed to be rotated while maintaining a parallel state with the ground during centrifuging; an adjusting and supporting unit disposed in the lower part of the separating and supporting unit, and installed to be rotated while being inclined as one direction thereof is moved upwards when an angle is adjusted by the angle adjusting unit by applying an elastic force upwards in one direction while the separating and supporting unit is supported to be rotated; a rotating unit disposed in the lower part of the adjusting and supporting unit, and connected to rotate the angle adjusting unit; a vertical moving unit disposed in the lower part of the rotating unit, and installed to be vertically moved in order to adjust the angle of the angle adjusting unit; and a base unit installed to support while absorbing vibrations of the angle adjusting unit, the rotating unit, and the vertical moving unit. |
