The present invention relates to a nerve regeneration conduit, and a producing method thereof and, more specifically, to a nerve regeneration conduit, and a producing method thereof. Cut nerves or tissues can be efficiently regenerated inside the conduit through improving the adhesion or growth of nerve cells by providing the nerve regeneration conduit in which decellularization-extracellular matrix in animal nerve cells not including immune or foreign body reaction-inducing substances such as cells, genes, fat, and the like is filled inside the conduit as a sponge structure. |
