The present invention relates to an apparatus for modifying the inner surface of polymer tubes, involved in the formation of a reactive species which can make the inner surface of the polymer tubes with a small caliber hydrophilic or lyphophilic (hydrophobic) by applying a vacuum and plasma discharge technology. The present invention further relates to a surface modifying method. More specifically, disclosed are an apparatus for modifying the inner surface of polymer tubes and a surface modifying method using the same. To this end, the apparatus of the present invention comprises: the polymer tubes; a vacuum forming part creating the inner surface of the polymer tubes in a vacuum state; a reaction gas supplying part supplying reaction gas to the inner surface of the polymer tubes so as to form the reactive species; an electrode part having a function of transforming the reaction gas into plasma by discharging the reaction gas; a power supply part supplying power to the electrode part; and a transfer part having a function of relatively transferring the polymer tubes in a longitudinal direction. The inner surface of the polymer tubes is tightly sealed during an inner surface treating process. |
