The present invention relates to a rotary plate to measure a torque, and a manufacturing method thereof. The rotary plate to measure torque comprises N strain parts (herein, N is a natural number of two or more) formed by a first and a second slit located to be separated from a rotary shaft of the rotary plate by a predetermined distance, wherein the first slit is connected to the second slit which forms an adjacent strain part by a third slit. As such, the present invention improves a precision of a torque measurement as the rotary plate is easily strained by a torsional load. |
