The present invention relates to an elvan liquid extract and a preparation method thereof, and more specifically, to an elvan liquid extract and a preparation method thereof, wherein elvan is pre-treated to remove the potentially harmful ingredients contained therein, in order to promote the extraction of minerals from elvan, and to obtain an elvan mineral extract with a high mineral content; and the temperature and duration of double-boiling of an additive material including a functional agricultural product are flexibly controlled in order to minimize the degradation of nutrients. The preparation method of an elvan liquid extract according to the present invention comprises the following steps: pre-treating elvan (S1); eluting minerals from the pre-treated elvan in water (S2); mixing 70-90 wt% of the eluted elvan mineral extract with 10-30 wt% of an additive material (S3); and double-boiling the additional material (S4), while adjusting the duration of a double boiler according to the state of dryness of the additive material. |
