Disclosed is an uninterruptible power supply device having a battery managing function. An uninterruptible power supply device having a battery managing function according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first voltage measuring unit for receiving an output voltage of the battery to distribute to a plurality of resistances, outputting a voltage measured in one of the resistances, and having an insulated input terminal for inputting the measured voltage and an insulated output terminal for outputting the measured voltage; a second voltage measuring unit for receiving an output voltage of the battery to distribute to a plurality of resistances, and outputting a voltage measured in one of the resistances; and a control unit for outputting an alarming signal when a difference between the output voltage of a battery measured by the first voltage measuring unit and the output voltage of a battery measured by the second voltage measuring unit exceeds a predetermined critical value.
