An apparatus for making soft ice cream, according to the present invention, comprises: a raw material feeding element for feeding a raw material of ice cream; an air feeding element for feeding air; a mixing element connected to the raw material feeding element and the air feeding element and forming a mixed solution of the raw material and the air; a stirring and freezing element connected to the mixing element, and freezing and stirring the mixed solution; and a dispensing element for dispensing the frozen and stirred mixed solution in a form of ice cream. |
