OBESITY RISK ANALYSIS SYSTEM BASED ON PERSONAL GENOME AND METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to an obesity risk analysis system based on personal genomes and an obesity risk analysis method based on personal genomes using the same. The system includes: an input unit through which personal genome data is inputted; an extraction unit which matches the personal genome data inputted through the input unit with the data in a database unit where the correlation data between obesity and genome displacement is stored, and extracts the odds ratio and prevalence ratio of the genome displacement data corresponding to the personal genome data; a calculation unit which calculates obesity risk from the odds ratio and prevalence ratio extracted by the extraction unit; and an output unit which outputs the obesity risk calculated by the calculation unit. According to the present invention, the present invention is able to provide personalized obesity risk through the calculation method based on the personal genome data, enables users to register own personal data easily and quickly at any time in any place on any device, enables identification of obesity risk by being integrated with the public data, is based on easy-to-use and intuitive user interface with which users can easily understand the result value of the obesity risk, and facilitates the quick analysis of the big genome data on the web for the calculation of the obesity risk.
