PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device that can effectively prevent accumulation of toner in the vicinity of a regulating blade in a casing with a simple configuration, and an image forming apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: A developing device includes a developing roller, toner supply roller, casing, film member, urging member, link member, and link member driving mechanism. The film member is arranged on a top face of an inner wall part of the casing, and has the urging member connected to one end in the longitudinal direction. The link member is connected to the other end in the longitudinal direction of the film member. The link member driving mechanism is provided on one of gears constituting a driving gear train of the developing roller or the toner supply roller. When the driving gear train is rotated, the link member driving mechanism causes the link member to intermittently pull the film member to cause the film member to reciprocate in the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
