<p>PURPOSE:To calculate the fuel consumption fee of a ship by using a memory card to record the engine start and stop time points and calculating the ship operation time from the recorded data on the card. CONSTITUTION:The engine start and stop and decided by an operation deciding means 9 of a controller 3 via the ON/OFF actions of a start switch 2. While a timepiece means 5 is driven by a battery 4 and produces the time signal. Based on this time signal and the decision signal of the means 9, a time setting means 10 sets the engine start and stop time points. These set time points are recorded on a memory card 7 by a recording means 11. A prescribed code number and the previous data are also recorded on the card 7 as the fixed information. Then the data on the card 7 are read by an external analysis processor for calculation of the operation time and then the fuel consumption. These calculations re carried out by a computer at a high speed.</p> |
