This vehicular device is provided with: an attachment unit (11, 21) to which a card-type information recording medium (100) can be detachably attached; a control unit (12, 22) which performs information write and read operations on the information recording medium; a conversion unit (13, 23) which performs information conversion processing between the information recording medium and the control unit; an attachment-unit-side connection device (15, 21a, 23a) for connecting the conversion unit and the attachment unit; and a control-unit-side connection device (16, 26) for connecting the conversion unit and the control unit. The information transmission distance of the attachment-unit-side connection device is shorter than that of the control-unit-side connection device. |
